LOOKING TO SPONSOR?
To ensure the success of this expo and provide the best experience for our attendees, we are seeking sponsors like you to make a generous finical donation that will directly support the following:
Rental of dividers to ensure privacy during consultations with healthcare professionals.
Provision of disposable items such as gloves, masks, hand sanitizer (etc) to maintain hygiene standards.
Supplying food items including hot dogs, buns, condiments, plates and drinks to keep attendees refreshed.
Acquisition of a Large Bouncer/inflatable for the Kid Zone, enhancing the children's experience.
Furthermore, any surplus funds raised will be allocated towards a noble cause - a scholarship program aimed at supporting an individual who pursues further education in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and subsequently comes back to the communities at this event.
Sponsors who give financially to the Health Expo will receive the following:
Your name and business will be posted to Health Expo’s Website.
You will be invited to bring swag to the event place it at swag table near the welcoming table for residents to easily access.
Furthermore, your sponsorship would contribute to the success of our Health Expo and also demonstrate your commitment to the health and well-being of our communities.
